72773 — Revision B — ESTIMATED
Source identity: 72773

This free pack preserves the original STL and STEP geometry from the expanded
Estes Nose Cone Library B. All geometry is in millimeters.

Base diameter: 33.66 mm
Exposed height including features: 133.35 mm (excludes shoulder)
Shoulder: 32.59 mm diameter x 19.05 mm long
Overall X x Y x Z: 34.91 x 34.91 x 152.40 mm
Evidence confidence: low. This is not a numerical tolerance.

These models use educated estimates, including inferred dimensions and shapes.
They are solid exterior references for CAD editing, not verified replicas or
finished hollow flight parts. No printer clearance, original hollow interiors,
electronics or recovery hardware are included. Solid CAD does not prescribe
100% slicer infill. Digital geometry checks do not validate physical fit, mass,
strength or flight suitability. Check actual tubes and print fit yourself.

Why this shape was chosen:
Black Star Voyager nose is documented as a ribbed 4:1 ogive. Adopt 5.25-inch exposed length and source-comment 0.75-inch shoulder; eight narrow axial raised ribs are a guessed interpretation of the missing rib geometry.

Estimated fields:
- Meridian station locations and intermediate radii
- Unmeasured tip/collar details
- Rib orientation/count/height/width
- Adopted source-comment shoulder length 0.75 inch over XML0.375
