BNC-20P — Revision B — ESTIMATED
Source identity: BNC-20P_70238

This free pack preserves the original STL and STEP geometry from the expanded
Estes Nose Cone Library B. All geometry is in millimeters.

Base diameter: 18.70 mm
Exposed height including features: 33.32 mm (excludes shoulder)
Shoulder: 18.03 mm diameter x 11.10 mm long
Overall X x Y x Z: 22.86 x 22.86 x 44.42 mm
Evidence confidence: medium. This is not a numerical tolerance.

These models use educated estimates, including inferred dimensions and shapes.
They are solid exterior references for CAD editing, not verified replicas or
finished hollow flight parts. No printer clearance, original hollow interiors,
electronics or recovery hardware are included. Solid CAD does not prescribe
100% slicer infill. Digital geometry checks do not validate physical fit, mass,
strength or flight suitability. Check actual tubes and print fit yourself.

Why this shape was chosen:
The 1969 catalog silhouette shows a broad Spaceman head with nearly parallel sides and a rounded crown. Published maximum diameter and length retained; neck blend and crown proportions estimated.

Estimated fields:
- Meridian station locations and intermediate radii
- Unmeasured tip/collar details
