PNC-60CP Renegade — Revision B — ESTIMATED
Source identity: HIST_PN_060541_PNC60CP

This free pack preserves the original STL and STEP geometry from the expanded
Estes Nose Cone Library B. All geometry is in millimeters.

Base diameter: 41.58 mm
Exposed height including features: 132.00 mm (excludes shoulder)
Shoulder: 40.51 mm diameter x 18.71 mm long
Overall X x Y x Z: 42.20 x 42.20 x 150.71 mm
Evidence confidence: low. This is not a numerical tolerance.

These models use educated estimates, including inferred dimensions and shapes.
They are solid exterior references for CAD editing, not verified replicas or
finished hollow flight parts. No printer clearance, original hollow interiors,
electronics or recovery hardware are included. Solid CAD does not prescribe
100% slicer infill. Digital geometry checks do not validate physical fit, mass,
strength or flight suitability. Check actual tubes and print fit yourself.

Why this shape was chosen:
2005 manufacturer Renegade image shows a long pointed upper fairing. Estimate 132 mm ogive with subtle seating collar; neither label nor mold is conflated with PNC-60AH. The collar is integrated into the meridian to avoid excessive STEP edge tolerances. Collar extent z7 to z8 mm, radius 21.1 mm, total length and shoulder dimensions are preserved. Outside the collar, resampling shifts the curve by at most 0.0223 mm in radius relative to the previous estimate. Historical identity is supported by Brohm; dimensions and morphology beyond the cited facts are educated design estimates.
