Porta-Pot Shot plastic roof nose — Revision B — ESTIMATED
Source identity: HIST_PN_061501_061503_PORTA_ROOF

This free pack preserves the original STL and STEP geometry from the expanded
Estes Nose Cone Library B. All geometry is in millimeters.

Base diameter: 25.40 mm
Exposed height including features: 21.00 mm (excludes shoulder)
Shoulder: 24.50 mm diameter x 12.70 mm long
Overall X x Y x Z: 88.00 x 87.00 x 33.70 mm
Evidence confidence: low. This is not a numerical tolerance.

These models use educated estimates, including inferred dimensions and shapes.
They are solid exterior references for CAD editing, not verified replicas or
finished hollow flight parts. No printer clearance, original hollow interiors,
electronics or recovery hardware are included. Solid CAD does not prescribe
100% slicer infill. Digital geometry checks do not validate physical fit, mass,
strength or flight suitability. Check actual tubes and print fit yourself.

Why this shape was chosen:
The primary Estes2007 catalog page27 describes a molded foam body and a separate detailed plastic roof; therefore only the roof/nominal plug is modeled. The catalog gives3.25-inch body width. An87mm square overhanging roof, shallow arched top, five raised corrugations and vent stub are estimated visually. The24.5mm central HBT-1000-family plug and12.7mm insertion are guesses; the toilet cabin and fins are not part of this nose model.

Estimated fields:
- Overall exposed shape length
- Meridian stations and tip shape
- Nominal shoulder diameter and length
- Detail dimensions and positions
