Your information.

How we use the details you share with ITERA. Updated October 2026.

Contact requests

When you send a request, we receive your name, email address, selected topic, message and any optional product, manufacturer, kit number, measurements, reference link or attachment you provide. Reference attachments are processed with your request through Netlify Forms. We use these details to reply, help with fit, prepare quotes and support your order.

Product launch updates

If you join a workstation or STL launch list, we collect your email address, your selected interest and your consent to receive updates. Workstation subscribers receive launch updates; STL subscribers receive news about new file releases. We use each list only for the updates you requested. To leave the list, email info@iterarocketry.com. Launch signups are processed through Netlify Forms and do not place an order.

Orders & checkout

Our shop uses Shopify for product options, cart and checkout. Shopify and the payment services used at checkout process the information needed for the transaction. Order information may include contact details, shipping and billing details, purchased products and payment status. Do not send card details through our contact form.

Service providers

Contact forms are processed through Netlify Forms. Email sent to info@iterarocketry.com is handled through Google Workspace. Shopify powers the shopping features. These services process information to provide their respective functions. See Shopify’s privacy information for details about its services.

Cookies & site functions

Shopping features use browser storage and may use cookies to maintain your cart and complete checkout. External services, including Shopify and Google Fonts, receive connection information when your browser requests their content. We do not sell the information you send through the request form or use it for advertising.
