When you use the contact or request form, we collect the name, email address, and details you choose to provide (such as rocket dimensions or the part you need). We don’t require any information beyond what’s needed to respond to your request.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes or orders, and follow up about products you asked about. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
How it’s processed
Form submissions are handled by Netlify Forms, and email delivered to info@iterarocketry.com is routed through Cloudflare Email Routing. These providers process the data on our behalf so we can receive and reply to your message. If you complete a purchase, payment details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
Cookies & analytics
The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics are enabled, they measure page views without identifying you personally.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or delete the information you’ve sent by emailing info@iterarocketry.com. We keep request details only as long as needed to help you.
