Print requirements

Dimensions & fit
24.79 mm maximum diameter; 50 mm exposed nose; 23.90 mm diameter × 18 mm shoulder; 68 mm overall height. Designed around nominal BT-50 dimensions. Actual tube and printer tolerances vary. Print the fit ring first.
Build volume
Model envelope: 25 × 25 × 68 mm. Allow extra bed space for a brim and printer clearances.
Material
PLA is a suggested starting point for print and fit evaluation; material performance has not been physically validated.
Orientation & supports
Shoulder/open end down, tip up. Supports should normally be unnecessary; inspect your sliced preview, especially the cord hole, shoulder step and solid tip. Use a brim if needed.
Starting print settings
Starting point only: 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.20 mm layers, 3 walls, 4 top/bottom layers, 15% infill, 100% scale, units in mm. These settings have not been physically tested.
Hardware
No hardware supplied. Recovery cord is not included. The integrated cord bridge is untested; do not rely on it for a flight recovery load without independent validation.
